Account Manager – Client-focused BTL Specialist

About the role

We are hiring two client‑obsessed Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with key clients across FMCG, telecom, beverages, NGOs and financial services. You will be the day‑to‑day link between client expectations and flawless campaign delivery, covering activations, roadshows, trade marketing and mobile sales‑force work.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust with client marketing and brand teams.
• Translate client briefs into activation plans together with strategy, creative, operations and field teams.
• Develop and present campaign proposals, activation calendars and post‑campaign reports.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of BTL activities and manage activation budgets while maintaining quality.
• Work with field teams on staffing, logistics, branding materials and on‑ground brand compliance.
• Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables and budgets, flagging risks early.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to bring fresh ideas to clients.
• Provide accurate daily/weekly activation reports, post‑activation analysis and ROI summaries.
• Support pitches, proposals and account growth plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field (Master’s/MBA advantageous).
• 3–5 years of account management experience, preferably in a BTL, experiential or advertising agency.
• Proven record of delivering activations on time and within budget.
• Experience with FMCG, telecom or beverage brands is highly desirable.
• Experience leading field/promotional teams and managing third‑party vendors.
• Confident presenter and writer with a strong portfolio of managed campaigns.
