Affiliate Marketer (Remote, Commission Based)

About the role

AradBranding is seeking a full‑time, remote Affiliate Marketer who will be compensated on a commission‑only basis. You will grow and manage affiliate partnerships to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
• Provide affiliates with marketing assets such as tracking links, banners, landing pages, and content.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, and performance‑based digital campaigns.
• Strong online‑marketing knowledge, including traffic generation, conversion optimization, and basic analytics.
• Previous experience in e‑commerce, digital advertising, or brand promotion is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
