Analyst - Lease Abstraction

About the role

JLL is looking for an Analyst to deliver high‑quality lease abstraction services for its clients. The role offers a high degree of independence and the chance to work closely with internal lease administration teams while supporting commercial real‑estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and review lease documentation from internal parties.
• Abstract critical information from leases and contracts into JLL’s lease database systems.
• Verify and review system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain master document control logs and track lease documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve abstraction‑related queries and ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Prepare variance reports for cost‑schedule and event tracking.
• Document business processes, train new team members and audit their work as expertise grows.

Required profile

• University graduate with 1‑3 years of lease abstraction experience.
• Familiarity with commercial real‑estate lease documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
