Appointment Setter (Warm Leads) – Senior SDR

About the role

We are looking for a disciplined Senior Sales Development Representative to handle inbound real‑estate leads for residential builders and operators. The role focuses on rapid response, qualification, and booking high‑quality appointments for our clients' sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads instantly via phone, SMS, and email.
• Qualify prospects using defined criteria such as budget, timeline, intent, and location.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into client calendars.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline stages in a structured CRM.
• Follow automated follow‑up sequences and re‑engage aged or unresponsive leads.
• Confirm appointments to improve show rates and report daily activity and KPIs.

Required profile

• Clear, professional English communication with a neutral accent (preferred).
• Confident phone presence and strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized, self‑managed, and performance‑driven.
• Experience in sales or real‑estate environments is preferred.
