Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance will oversee and monitor a broad range of investment products, including government securities, corporate bonds, equities and mutual funds. The role supports investment activities for the main entity, employee PF/Gratuity books, trusts and subsidiary groups, ensuring accurate execution, compliance and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor investments across G‑Sec, SDL, Treasury Bills, corporate bonds, REITs, InvITs, equities, mutual funds and other approved products.
• Execute and settle investment transactions, coordinating with banks, brokers, custodians and internal accounts teams.
• Verify trade confirmations, deal slips, contract notes and settlement details.
• Monitor interest, coupon, dividend, redemption and maturity proceeds and maintain supporting documentation.
• Reconcile investment positions, transactions and income with accounting records and support valuation reporting.
• Ensure investments comply with regulatory, internal policy and mandate limits, monitoring exposure, issuer, rating and maturity guidelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS, portfolio reports, management presentations and investment dashboards.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Accounts, Tax, Legal and external market participants such as banks, brokers and fund houses.
