Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Assistant Manager joins a dedicated team that creates and executes property‑level communications for a hotel brand. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communication, the role drives on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels to enhance the hotel’s image and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of the annual marketing plan and budget, supporting Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams with promotions that drive incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies on creative and media plans, especially for food and beverage campaigns.
• Manage social media engagement, update website and travel‑site content, and conduct proactive online reputation management.
• Develop and implement public‑relations initiatives, maintain media contacts, and coordinate press releases and hotel‑sponsored events.
• Oversee the production and inventory of printed and digital marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional areas, preferably in hospitality marketing or digital advertising.
