About the role
The Upland Unified School District is seeking an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach to support the eligibility pool for its baseball program. This position involves assisting the head coach in training, game preparation, and ensuring student‑athletes meet eligibility requirements. The coach will work closely with student‑athletes, parents, and school staff to promote a safe and competitive environment.
Required profile
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Current certificates in Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness Prevention, Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behaviors (renewed every two years).
- Letter of Introduction.
- Two current letters of recommendation dated within the last twelve months.
- Proof of high school graduation or equivalent.
- Completed resume.
- Fundamentals of Coaching Education certificate.
- Signed non‑discrimination statement as required by the district.
- All required documentation must be attached to the EDJOIN application.
