Busitema University invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Associate Professor in Chemical & Process Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.

Required profile

• A PhD in a relevant area from a recognized institution.
• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in Chemical and Process Engineering or Design and Production Engineering.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least six (6) years of university teaching experience or relevant industry experience.
• Ten (10) recognized publications in the area of specialization, with at least four (4) as first, corresponding, or senior author.
• Supervision of three (3) graduate students (Masters or PhD).
• Evidence of contribution to the community.
• Age limit: must not have reached sixty‑five (65) years by the application deadline.
