Audit & Supervision Supervisor

About the role

The Audit & Supervision Supervisor will lead internal audit activities across the organization, ensuring robust internal controls, effective risk management, and compliance with policies and regulations. This role combines audit execution, fraud investigation, and collaboration with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits for various departments and business units.
• Lead or support investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, present findings to management, and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes, working with relevant teams to implement changes.
• Support the development and delivery of compliance, ethics, and anti‑fraud training.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other functions.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven internal auditing experience, with strong fraud investigation and compliance monitoring skills.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities in English.
• High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, CFE, or CISA are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with audit software.
