Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA)

About the role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) will provide expert behavioral assessment, program design, and data‑driven intervention for clients across multiple locations. This role combines direct client work with supervision of support staff to ensure high‑quality ABA services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments using observation and caregiver interviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans targeting communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide training, supervision, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and external agencies to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Stay current with research, attend professional development events, and advocate for ABA best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Board Certification as BCBA (or BCaBA) and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Completion of required Community Mental Health training.
