About the role
The Branch Supervisor will lead a micro‑finance branch in Kampala, driving sales and loan disbursement while fostering strong community relationships. This role combines business development, credit risk management, and staff leadership to ensure sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve branch sales and loan disbursement targets through customer recruitment and partnership development.
- Appraise loan applications, monitor portfolio quality, and oversee recovery of delinquent accounts.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
- Ensure accurate reporting, operational compliance, and protection of company assets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in credit management, micro‑finance, banking, SACCO operations or loan sales.
- Proven ability to manage credit risk and drive business growth.
