Brand Manager – Pizza Planet

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the brand strategy for Pizza Planet, a quick‑service food concept within BrighterMonday Consulting. You will ensure consistent brand messaging, drive market share, and boost sales while collaborating closely with retail outlets and a third‑party marketing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to increase market share and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
• Oversee creation and execution of advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with product development to innovate menu offerings based on insights.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outlets and marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with the marketing agency, vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in brand or marketing management, preferably in hospitality or quick‑service food.
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that deliver measurable growth.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and translate it into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
