Building Material Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Building Material Marketing Specialist will design and execute marketing strategies for our sanitary ware and building material portfolio across Uganda. Working closely with sales, product, and customer service teams, you will boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with sales targets and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage brand messaging across print, digital, and social channels, creating collateral such as brochures, catalogues, and case studies.
• Oversee the company’s online presence, produce engaging content, and run digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and in‑store promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the building materials or construction sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to set KPIs and track campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
