Business Development Executive

About the role

This role focuses on client interaction, business development and lead management. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, presenting the company’s services and guiding prospects through the initial inquiry process while collaborating closely with management, design and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, providing clear information about Ray Fitout’s services.
• Qualify leads, gather project requirements and schedule consultations, meetings and site visits with the design and management teams.
• Present the company’s portfolio and capabilities to property owners, developers and investors, and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Record all communications in the CRM system and track the progress of each inquiry from first contact to project confirmation.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence speaking with clients.
• Organised, able to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
• Motivated to contribute to business growth and maintain strong client relationships.
