Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth for Baisoft Global’s enterprise‑grade software solutions across the developing world. You will engage directly with clients, partners and internal teams to convert leads into revenue‑generating contracts. This position blends proactive sales outreach with product demonstration and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and strategic outreach.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software value.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via networking, targeted campaigns and market research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in software, technology or related consumer‑goods sectors.
• Academic background in Business Administration and Marketing; Computer Science is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
