Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Associate to help Lucid identify, evaluate, and secure new partnerships that advance our luxury electric mobility vision. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape corporate strategy and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business partnerships aligned with Lucid’s strategic goals.
• Conduct market analysis and industry research to keep stakeholders informed of trends.
• Monitor and evaluate companies of strategic relevance and perform business case analyses.
• Prepare presentation materials, present findings, and maintain business development tracking tools and databases.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and other teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Passion for transforming the automotive and mobility industry.
• Strong critical thinking, research and analytical capabilities.
• Financial knowledge with ability to read income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Self‑starter attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity.
• 3+ years experience in business development, corporate development, market or equity research, management consulting or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering or related field.
