About the role
Centenary Bank is seeking a Business Process Optimization Manager to lead the design, documentation and continuous improvement of its core banking processes. The role focuses on ensuring process changes are controlled, validated and aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a repository of the bank’s processes, SOPs and policies, ensuring changes are controlled, validated and approved.
- Assess the impact of system changes, upgrades or legislative updates on existing processes and roles.
- Identify and introduce new methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency, profitability and meet business goals.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to develop process requirements and drive improvements.
- Communicate and cascade process documentation to end users and embed effective controls.
- Evaluate, design, execute, measure and monitor business processes to ensure optimal performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process development within a banking environment.
