Casual Qualified Matchday Steward

About the role

We are seeking Casual Qualified Matchday Stewards to support safety and security operations on match days at the Emirates Stadium. The role involves ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all attendees while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage crowd flow from arrival to egress, ensuring safe entry and exit.
• Monitor and control safety zones, including gates, lifts, and stairways, especially during emergencies.
• Handle conflicts and queue management calmly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to supporters and visitors.
• Report any changes in crowd dynamics and act proactively.

Required profile

• Hold a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety.
• Successful completion of DBS and Right‑to‑Work checks.
• Availability to work on match days, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of crowd safety and emergency procedures.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.
