Client Manager – Maternity Cover (12 months)

About the role

Trustgreen is seeking a confident relationship‑builder to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. In this fixed‑term maternity cover position you will develop strong partnerships, understand client requirements and help grow the business through proactive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to proposal submission, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
• Prepare and coordinate quotes, proposals and RFI responses in line with company processes.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face and virtual meetings to provide updates, address concerns and identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with Proposal Managers and operational teams to deliver high‑quality, commercially sound responses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of technical and regulatory standards relevant to open‑space management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and confidence to take ownership of opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
