Client Service Executive

About the role

As a Client Service Executive at Buzz Activate Uganda, you will support the seamless delivery of experiential marketing campaigns, acting as the bridge between the agency and its clients. You will ensure clear communication, timely execution, and excellent service throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate status meetings, gather feedback, and communicate updates clearly.
• Support the Head of Client Service in developing and implementing experiential marketing campaigns.
• Ensure project deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client briefs.
• Liaise with production, creative, digital, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain detailed timelines, status documents, and action plans.
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovative execution approaches to keep activations cutting‑edge.
• Track budgets, monitor costs, and report accurately.
• Assist in managing third‑party suppliers and vendors for timely service delivery.
• Prepare post‑campaign reports, case studies, and client presentations.
• Maintain clear documentation for internal and client reference, including briefs, timelines, and recaps.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Client Service to align project goals with overall client strategy.

Required profile

• Interest in BTL and experiential marketing.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for experiential marketing.
• Team player who contributes ideas during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.
