Commercial Operations & Launch Executive

About the role

The Commercial Operations & Launch Executive will drive coffee commercial transactions, coordinate product launches, and support end‑to‑end operations across sourcing, finance, quality, logistics and trade.

Key responsibilities

• Execute real coffee transactions with suppliers, buyers, warehouses and financial institutions.
• Coordinate launch activities and ensure all operational processes are aligned.
• Design and implement systems and standard operating procedures for commercial operations.
• Provide cross‑functional exposure to sourcing, finance, quality control, logistics and production.
• Take ownership of commercial decisions and act as a key point of contact for counterparties.
• Monitor market trends and support market access strategies.

Required profile

• Dependable, commercially aware and detail‑oriented.
• Ethical and ready to take responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations, trade or related fields.
• Strong understanding of coffee value chain or similar commodity markets.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing start‑up environment.
