Commission-Based Affiliate Marketer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a commission‑based Affiliate Marketer to join Aradbranding’s remote team. In this role you will grow and manage affiliate partnerships that generate traffic, leads and conversions for our brand‑development and digital‑commerce services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across relevant markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support.
• Supply affiliates with marketing assets such as tracking links, banners, landing pages and content.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns and report results.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, partner management or performance‑based digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of online traffic generation, conversion optimisation and basic analytics.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital advertising or brand promotion is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience preferred but not required.
