About the role
Icea Lion Uganda is looking for motivated individuals to join its sales team on a commission‑based basis. As an Insurance Sales Agent you will promote the company’s insurance products, build a client base and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify ideal prospects and target customers for the company’s insurance services.
- Research and define ideal market segments to focus sales efforts.
- Achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
Required profile
- Strong interest in insurance and financial services.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Basic experience in sales or customer interaction (minimum 1 month).
