Commission-Based Sales Representative (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time, remote position focuses on selling Tuko Digital’s marketing solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses. You will work on a commission basis, building your own pipeline and helping clients improve their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and conduct outreach via phone, email, and online channels.
• Present digital marketing services clearly and compellingly.
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and recommend suitable service packages.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate pricing within set guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Document all activities consistently in the CRM and track performance against sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, preferably with experience in commission‑based, consultative selling.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (online advertising, social media, SEO, content marketing) or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, able to explain technical services in simple business terms.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection, professional remote work setup, and flexibility to align with client availability.
• Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
