Commission Sales Representatives

About the role

Bizitrack is seeking motivated Commission Sales Representatives to join its growing team in Kampala. This full‑time hybrid position blends in‑person client visits with remote work, allowing you to drive new business for a technology‑focused solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective wholesale and retail clients across Kampala and other Ugandan districts.
• Conduct outreach via phone calls, meetings, and digital channels to present Bizitrack’s services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven sales abilities, especially in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in commission‑based sales or business development is strongly preferred.
