About the role

We are seeking compassionate, innovative and self‑driven nurses to join our growing clinical team in Kampala. Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient‑centred nursing care with empathy and professionalism.
• Assess, monitor and document patients’ conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing and patient records.
• Support quality‑improvement and patient‑safety initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and take on additional leadership responsibilities as demonstrated.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification.
• Valid professional registration and practising licence.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, responsible and patient‑focused approach.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem‑solving ability and willingness to learn.
