About the role
CIFOR is seeking expressions of interest from qualified consultancy candidates to provide expertise in silviculture.
Required profile
- Holds a degree in a relevant discipline such as forestry, environmental science, or a related field.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required, and proficiency in one or more additional international languages is considered an advantage.
- Has demonstrated experience collaborating within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, preferably in a non‑profit organization focused on agroforestry or related sectors.
- Possesses strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills, enabling clear interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Values the sharing of information and continuous improvement, thriving in a cooperative atmosphere that encourages constructive evaluation and learning.
