Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

SmartQ is seeking a hands‑on Content Marketing Specialist to shape the company’s voice, build credibility and support customer acquisition. The role focuses on translating complex queue‑management solutions into clear, compelling content that educates and engages prospective B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a content strategy aligned with SmartQ’s business goals, identifying target audiences, industries and messaging themes.
• Produce and coordinate a variety of content formats, including LinkedIn posts, short‑form videos, product demos, educational articles, case studies, infographics and sales‑support materials.
• Position SmartQ as a thought leader on topics such as customer waiting times, queue management, service efficiency and digital transformation.
• Manage SmartQ’s presence on relevant social channels where appropriate, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B content or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with a track record of creating content for professional audiences.
• Proven capability to simplify complex products into clear, persuasive messages.
• Experience planning and executing a content calendar independently.
• Excellent communication, organization and the ability to work autonomously in a startup environment.
