Coordinator of Game Operations, Facilities, and Special Events

About the role

This position oversees all game‑day activities, ensuring that key positions are staffed and that workers and volunteers are properly trained. The coordinator also serves as Game Day Manager for football, assists with ticket operations, and organizes fundraising and promotional events while adhering to SAC and NCAA policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage game‑day preparation, execution, and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Staff, schedule, and train workers and volunteers for each event.
• Act as Game Day Manager for football, overseeing logistics and operations.
• Assist with ticket sales, distribution, and related administrative tasks.
• Plan, organize, and execute fundraising and special promotional events.
• Promote game‑day activities and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SAC and NCAA regulations and departmental policies.

Required profile

• Commitment to the Christian mission and values of the institution.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on‑call for events.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, operate a golf cart/gator, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attendance record and reliability during scheduled work hours.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and external partners.
