Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive adoption and retention of our fleet telematics platform. You will work closely with implementation teams and clients to ensure hardware is deployed smoothly and the software delivers measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation Specialists and third‑party installers to guide clients through telematics hardware rollout and ensure devices are online.
• Educate fleet managers, safety directors and dispatchers on data interpretation, geofence creation, real‑time alerts and dashboard navigation.
• Analyze telemetry data to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering actionable insights that lower total cost of ownership.
• Assist clients in meeting regulatory standards such as ELD, Hours of Service and IFTA tax reporting.
• Monitor account health scores, manage renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities for software upgrades or additional hardware.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, fleet logistics or telematics.
• Proven track record of managing renewals, churn mitigation and upselling within an assigned portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent experience.
