Digital Marketer (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Digital Marketer to drive lead generation and brand awareness for our property portfolio. You will manage paid campaigns, create compelling property content, and optimise our online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ROI‑driven PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram to capture buyer/tenant leads.
• Oversee production of property listings, including high‑quality photos, virtual tours and copywriting.
• Curate and schedule engaging content across social media channels to build community awareness.
• Optimise the company website and landing pages for local SEO performance.
• Design and send targeted newsletters, property alerts and nurturing sequences using the CRM database.
• Track campaign metrics, measure conversion rates and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level digital marketing experience (minimum 36 months).
• Proven ability to generate high‑quality leads in a real‑estate context.
