Digital Marketing & Outreach Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Outreach Assistant to support Green Leaf Logistics’ growth by managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and generating new leads among U.S. trucking companies. The role combines creative content work with proactive outreach and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, including daily monitoring, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Research potential U.S. trucking clients, compile contact lists, and initiate outreach communications.
• Follow up on inbound leads, maintain accurate records of outreach activity, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Track key metrics, generate regular reports on social media performance and lead generation results, and present insights to the team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection to support remote digital activities.
• Basic experience in digital marketing or lead generation, preferably using social media platforms (preferred).
