Digital Shopper – Curbside Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Digital Shopper to handle curbside orders for our customers. In this position you will ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and payment collection, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily order workflow from the dashboard and pick items throughout the store.
• Bag products according to bagging standards and store them safely in the staging area following food‑safety guidelines.
• Greet customers at the curbside pickup point, answer questions, and collect payment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to company procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and involve leadership when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to follow procedures.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
