End User Technology Analyst – Fixed Term (6 months)

About the role

The End User Technology Analyst provides high‑quality technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems across hardware, software and network domains. This fixed‑term position (6 months) focuses on incident resolution, service request management and maintaining user satisfaction within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex end‑user issues across hardware, software and network.
• Administer and support enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune and SCCM.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring incidents and propose long‑term solutions.
• Maintain endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, encryption and vulnerability management.
• Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues and coordinate with infrastructure and application teams.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch management and software deployments.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Document and improve end‑to‑end service management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user support within an enterprise environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service level targets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal users and technical teams.
