Entry-Level Sales Executive – Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Sales Executive to join Twelveinks’ growing team in Kampala. The role offers the chance to work with a range of digital and IT solutions, helping businesses improve their online presence and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads through calls, social media, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Introduce Twelveinks’ products and services to prospective clients and understand their needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
• Support the conversion of qualified leads into customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Participate in sales campaigns, client meetings and business development initiatives.
• Meet agreed sales activity and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business development and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective customers and ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
• Good interpersonal, relationship‑building and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and willing to work towards measurable targets.
