About the role
SpareHub is expanding its presence in the market and seeks motivated Field Sales & Distribution Agents to connect with automotive businesses, onboard vendors, introduce customers to SpareHub, and grow the marketplace. This hands‑on field role is ideal for confident, people‑oriented individuals who enjoy approaching businesses and building something from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with automotive businesses in Kampala and surrounding areas.
- Onboard vendors onto the SpareHub platform.
- Introduce customers to SpareHub services.
- Help grow the SpareHub marketplace.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, approachable and self‑motivated.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Smartphone required.
- Sales, marketing or field experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the automotive/spare‑parts market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
