Field Sales & Onboarding Agent (Kampala)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Onboarding Agent to represent Zenka Finance in Kampala. You will work outdoors, meet potential customers, and guide them through app registration and their first loan application while striving to meet daily targets.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers in assigned locations.
• Explain Zenka’s services and answer customer questions.
• Assist customers in downloading, registering on the app, and completing their first loan application.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
• Report results to the Field Team Leader.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable speaking to strangers.
• Energetic, outgoing, and target‑driven.
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk for most of the day.
• Fluent in English and Luganda.
• Reliable, punctual and resilient.
• Resident of Kampala or surrounding areas.
• UCE/UACE or equivalent preferred; no specific degree required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Android smartphone.
