Field Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

About the role

Elinkd is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across assigned territories in Uganda. This commission‑based position focuses on in‑person prospecting, product demonstrations and closing sales of Elinkd’s digital profile and store solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential business customers (professionals and SMEs) within the territory.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or face‑to‑face demonstrations of Elinkd’s profile, store and booking features.
• Manage the full sales pipeline: lead nurturing, pricing negotiations, plan selection and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Onboard new clients, train them on platform usage and gather market feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and closing experience with a track record of meeting targets in commission‑driven roles.
• Full‑cycle customer relationship experience, from prospecting to long‑term account management.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as WhatsApp, CRM platforms and mobile applications.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse business owners.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage own schedule, leads and travel independently.
• Bonus: familiarity with SMEs and the African business landscape.

What we offer

• Commission‑only compensation with uncapped earning potential.
• UGX 30,000 commission per Elinkd Profile sale (UGX 100,000/year plan).
• UGX 45,000 commission per Elinkd Store sale (UGX 150,000/year plan).
• Example earnings: 15 sales per month can generate UGX 450,000‑675,000, with no upper limit.
