Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are hiring a professional Field Sales Representative to join our sales team on an immediate basis. The role involves developing robust sales strategies, sourcing new opportunities, and closing deals to achieve targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise a variety of customer sales techniques to secure sales, consistently meeting both individual and team targets.
• Forecast sales performance, devise innovative sales methodologies, and regularly evaluate their effectiveness against set goals.
• Attract new clients by creating and implementing fresh strategies and sales processes tailored to market needs.
• Assess client requirements, negotiate terms, and build long‑lasting, productive relationships that drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to share best practices, research specific accounts, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Participate in sales events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest market developments and product knowledge.
• Provide senior management with actionable feedback supported by statistics and maintain an up‑to‑date client database within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field (candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience will also be considered).
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, with a documented record of achieving sales quotas.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse client bases.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented individual with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and related sales software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
