About the role
The Finance Manager will lead the optimisation of the group’s capital structure, oversee liquidity and investment strategies, and ensure robust financial risk management across Baifam Group Ltd’s subsidiaries and partner companies.
Key responsibilities
- Direct group‑wide capital allocation, liquidity management and investment planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast growth and support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and mitigate financial risks across all entities.
- Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to align reporting and budgeting processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA or CPA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead diverse teams.
