Finance & Trade Manager

About the role

Comcof Group is seeking a Finance & Trade Manager to lead financial coordination and trade operations for its coffee business in Kampala. The role combines finance, sourcing, and commercial trade responsibilities to support the company’s growth and market access.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end coffee transaction processing, including invoicing, payments, and trade documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, warehouses, and financial institutions to ensure smooth cash flow and trade compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the coffee value chain.
• Monitor market prices, trade terms, and risk exposure, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Implement and improve finance and trade systems, standards, and controls as the company scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, trade, or commodity markets.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ethical, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
