About the role

The Fuel Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing all fuel‑related activities within the organization. This role ensures that fuel operations run smoothly, supporting drivers, operators and the broader logistics function.

Key responsibilities

Organize and oversee all activities related to fuel planning and operational management.
Supervise the schedules and daily activities of drivers and operators.
Analyze fleet conditions to optimize fuel usage and availability.
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Mandatory education or an equivalent technical qualification.
Solid knowledge of logistics processes.
Proven experience in a fuel‑supervision or similar function.
Good command of the English language.
Ability to work with IT tools from a user perspective.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Teamwork and effective communication abilities.
Availability for mobility as required.
