Full-Stack Software Engineer – FinTech

About the role

Join SimCorp’s Investment Operations product area to build enterprise‑grade solutions that power investment management for leading financial institutions. As a full‑stack engineer you will work in a self‑organized Scrum team, collaborating across Ukraine, Poland, Denmark and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain new features on both front‑end (Angular) and back‑end (C#/.NET, SOA).
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring scalability, performance and high quality.
• Drive an automation‑first mindset by creating and maintaining end‑to‑end, API and integration tests.
• Perform manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios and define test strategies per feature.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads and teammates during analysis, refinement and development.
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, development tools and adhere to XP, TDD and clean‑code practices.
• Engage in sprint reviews, demos and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience developing enterprise applications with C# (.NET or .NET Framework) and Angular.
• Proven ability to design, develop and deliver complex software solutions.
