General Manager – Real Estate (Uganda)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our real‑estate operations in Uganda. The role combines strategic planning, business development and operational oversight to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in property sales, leasing and investment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day property management, client relations and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, government agencies and key clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in real‑estate management, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven record of managing budgets and investments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Ugandan real‑estate market and regulatory environment.
