Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. In this independent contractor role you will take full ownership of our paid‑search strategy—building, scaling, and optimizing high‑performing campaigns to drive qualified leads, maximise ROAS, and lower CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies and perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Deliver data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue to the wider team.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to maximise ROI across multiple client accounts or internal projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads certification (highly preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
