Graduate Internship Program (GRIP) – FY27

About the role

The Graduate Internship Program (GRIP) for FY27 is a one‑year, fixed‑term opportunity for recent Ugandan graduates who are passionate about serving vulnerable children and communities. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals across health, nutrition, WASH, livelihoods, education, emergency response and child protection sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support project implementation activities in assigned sectors.
• Assist with data collection, monitoring and evaluation tasks.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation for donors and partners.
• Engage with community members while upholding child protection policies.
• Collaborate with sector teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Ugandan citizen with a recent (within 2 years) Second‑Upper Class degree from a recognized university.
• Age 26 or younger, active involvement in a church, and strong Christian values.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, high integrity and good physical and emotional health (medical clearance required).
• Willingness to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
• Preference given to former beneficiaries of World Vision programmes.
