Guest Service Expert – Mini‑Bar Attendant

About the role

As a Guest Service Expert – Mini‑Bar Attendant you will be the front‑line host who ensures every guest’s stay is memorable. You will support the food and beverage team by maintaining mini‑bars, setting tables, and delivering attentive service throughout the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish and organize mini‑bars in guest rooms.
• Set tables, assist with menu presentation, and communicate guest requests to the kitchen.
• Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
• Follow safety, quality, and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
