About the role
The Academy is seeking an experienced Head Coach to lead its high school girls soccer program. This position oversees all aspects of the team, from player development to competition, ensuring a positive and competitive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement season-long training plans and practice sessions.
- Develop individual player skills, tactical understanding, and team cohesion.
- Manage game day operations, including line‑ups, strategy adjustments, and post‑game analysis.
- Coordinate schedules, travel, and equipment logistics with school administration.
- Promote academic achievement and uphold school policies for student‑athletes.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and sportsmanlike culture on and off the field.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience coaching high school or comparable youth soccer teams.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Commitment to student development and academic standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and community partners.
