About the role
Marriott International is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join its housekeeping team at the Kampala property. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience through meticulous cleaning of rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock cleaning carts and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Uphold uniform standards, personal appearance, and professional communication.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy.
