About the role
We are looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Kampala. In this role you will prospect new clients, understand their financial protection needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable insurance products and explain policy benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
